1. One-Day Tour Programs

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date: ✅ Eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: ❌ No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations Due to Weather or Official Suspension

In cases where tours are canceled due to unsafe sea conditions (e.g., high waves) or by official order from the Marine Department:

Guests may choose to reschedule or switch to an alternative tour program (additional charges or refunds may apply depending on the price difference).

✅ A full refund will be issued upon request.

3. Tour Packages (Including Accommodation, Show Tickets, Attraction Tickets, and Private Boat Charters)

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.

• Cancellations made 20–29 days prior to the tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: ❌ No refund will be issued.
